What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and manage the Procurement Source to Pay system for purchase order management
- Mentor and guide operations analysts to ensure timely and complete equipment orders
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance procurement processes and procedures
- Maintain financial management of inventory, spending, and cash flow forecasts
- Support Procurement Managers and Finance with invoicing and contract administration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in finance, accounting, supply chain management, or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a financial, accounting, or supply chain role
- Ability to manage a team of 1-3 data or cost analysts
- Strong business acumen with a solid commercial background
- Knowledge of ERP tools and financial/accounting software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization software
- Experience in data center, commercial, or industrial equipment sectors
