      In order to manage current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters is looking for you to join the team in Donauwörth as soon as possible as our new

      Procurement Tender Manager (m/f/d).

      A vacancy for a Procurement Tender Manager (m/f/d) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth. You will join the Strategic Procurement organization and will work more precisely within the Procurement Services Department.

      You will be representing the Strategic Procurement on the H135/H145 Offers plateau. You will contribute to the preparation of offers for the Vendors part (costs , schedule, support, offset...) and the securization of these offers either through Vendors commitments (contract or dedicated proposals) or through risk assessments.

      Your location:

      At our Donauwörth site near Augsburg, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Experience with us how they take off and land on our own test airfield.

      Your tasks and responsibilities:

      • Define and agree with the other Offer plateau contributors the priorities to be performed by Strategic Procurement and the associated schedule
      • Identify with the other Offer Plateau contributors the requirements to be flow-down to the Vendors
      • Prepare the work for the buyers by ensuring the definition of the offer requirements and organize the roadmap of the actions which are necessary to support the preparation of Airbus Helicopters offers
      • Analyze the impact of the Vendors risks and opportun i ties on offers and propose related mitigation plans
      • Monitor the fulfilment of the Procurement process in connection with the Offer process and other associated processes (Customers , Finance , Programmes, Research & Development, Support & Services...)
      • Transfer all the necessary Procurement data to the relevant Program Lead Buyer or Support Lead Buyer after contract signature
      • Provide within Strategic Procurement the visibility on the running tenders

      Desired skills and qualifications:

      • Business school degree or equivalent or Engineering School
      • A procurement experience would be appreciated
      • Project management skills would be a plus
      • Good knowledge of the Office suite
      • Communication, ability to work under pressure and reactivity
      • Negotiation level of English and German
