      Overview

      Established investment management organization seeking a Product & Systems Analyst to support portfolio analytics, investment reporting, and data management initiatives across the business. This individual will serve as a key product specialist supporting investment strategies, analytics platforms, and reporting systems utilized by investment teams, marketing, and client services.

      The ideal candidate will bring a blend of investment domain knowledge, technical aptitude, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. The team is open to a range of experience levels and is seeking someone with strong work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.

      Core Responsibilities
      • Produce and maintain scheduled and ad hoc reports related to portfolio holdings, benchmark analysis, attribution, manager performance, peer rankings, and investment characteristics
      • Support client, prospect, and internal requests requiring detailed product and portfolio analysis
      • Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements related to reporting deliverables and data integrity
      • Leverage third-party investment and analytics platforms including FactSet, Bloomberg, eVestment, Morningstar Direct, and related tools
      • Provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and improving systems, workflows, and reporting procedures to meet evolving business requirements
      • Partner with Marketing and business stakeholders on content management system administration, data mapping, query development, and process optimization
      • Lead projects and initiatives related to investment product data, reporting workflows, and operational efficiency improvements
      • Analyze current processes and recommend scalable enhancements while balancing existing operational demands and urgent business requests

      Required Skills & Experience
      • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
      • 2+ years of analytical or performance measurement experience within financial services or investment management environments
      • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, portfolio construction, fixed income concepts, and performance analytics
      • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and macros
      • Experience working with investment systems, data providers, and reporting/analytics platforms
      • Technical aptitude with SQL, Python, VBA, data manipulation, and reporting automation strongly preferred
      • Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively across investment, marketing, operations, and client-facing teams

      Preferred Experience
      • Exposure to investment reporting, attribution analysis, composites, benchmark reporting, and portfolio analytics
      • Experience with enterprise content management systems, workflow automation, and reporting optimization initiatives
      • Industry certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or related designations are a plus
