Collaborate in the development and deployment of the 2yr Product innovation plan in partnership with global R&E team and Regional Marketing/MRA teams
Plan and execute trial and testing for continuous product improvement or cost improvement which will feed into the innovation pipeline with help of process and quality team.
Follow the Innovation framework and work with cross functional team to execute innovation project on time.
Complete all the IP, legal, safety and other documentation required for new product before launching.
Work with regional Intellectual propriety team to evaluate IP of ongoing project and reinforce Patent on new innovation in local country.
Regular benchmarking of competition samples with added new P&TD lab capabilities – and sharing competitive product intelligence with operating team and leadership.
Specialty nonwoven/paper/sheet development with help of local and global supplier.
Focus on localizing suppliers, especially nonwovens, Film meeting Kimberly Clark Raw Material performance standards and consumer requirement.
Work with global and regional P&TD team to develop new testing facility in Local Lab. This should be aligned with local consumer requirement.
Bachelor Degree in a major scientific or engineering discipline.
More than 5 years in Product design/development experience
Preferably has experience in translating consumer needs/wishes into product proposals/ideas, and then developing & qualifying products from technical & consumer point of view
Six sigma green/black belt certification preferred but not required.
Good understanding of Data analysis and tools knowledge preferred.
Nonwoven/polymer/hygiene industries experience preferred.

About You
This position is responsible for developing and delivering (short-medium term) innovation pipeline of products & benefits for India Baby Care & Fem Care, as well as coordinating the work-programs of the Product development team to deliver the agree innovation plans.
