What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize SQL to query and analyze data in Snowflake
- Update Snowflake data models in line with current architecture
- Create dashboards in Looker and Post Hog to support various company initiatives
- Conduct in-depth analyses to understand user behavior and identify product enhancement opportunities
- Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Proficiency in data transformation tools such as dbt for building tested and documented data models
- Experience with BI visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Python or R for statistical analysis
- Knowledge of data pipeline orchestration tools such as Airflow
- Experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git
