Job Description

- Work with Product Manager to develop seasonal collections through all Development Stages –Inspiration and Product Direction, Product Development, Merch Sell in and Production
- Liaise with overseas and domestic vendors
- Regular follow up on incoming production samples, material, and trim development, while ensuring on time delivery by monitoring the Seasonal Calendar
- Maintaining sample library; receiving samples into PLM, filing samples according to season and sample stage
- Communicating sample handoff to Technical Development Teams for Protos, SMS, Size Set, Pre-Production and Production
- Managing material and trim color requests and approvals for all development stages
- Managing SMS Sample Process from PO Creation to confirming SMS Sample receipt across Banners and reviewing invoices for accuracy
- Assist Product Manager’s in preparation for Buying Intention meetings
- Work with the Analyst team to ensure accuracy of EDI POs after Buying Intentions
- Facilitate enrichment and maintenance of Product Specification Attributes within E-Commerce data management system
- Coordinate with Brand Team to ensure all e-comm copy is uploaded on time and TOP samples submitted to photo studio
- Visit stores on a regular basis to review final in store products, product knowledge and competitive market analysis

- Enjoys working in a team environment and cross functionally with various departments, as well as independently
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with multiple stakeholders internationally and domestically

The Production Coordinator will support the Product Managers in developing product for the Softgoods Department within the Owned Brand Division
