Job Description
- Req#: 805632654
- Research, design, development and process in support of existing or new products
- React and implement changes quickly to meet customer requirements
- Apply various mechanical engineering principles to product applications
- Process customer and in-house engineering change requests
- Use CAD programs to develop concepts and designs
- Assemble and evaluate performance of prototype hardware
- Assist with reliability test programs
- Be instrumental in cost avoidance and cost reduction activities
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Engineering and 2 or more year’s related experience and /or training
- 2 to 5 years related industry product and design engineering experience
- Experience working with NX or other 3D modeling systems
- Lean manufacturing experience (is a plus)
