      What You Will Be Doing
      • Product Financing/Leasing Sales Specialist Professional is responsible for offering sales financing to customers and prospects by providing a range of financing options to maximize sales opportunities.
      • Primarily engages in lending money, either directly or through arrangement with dealers, for the purpose of providing collateralized goods through a contractual instalment sales agreement.
      • Evaluates customers/prospects records and recommends extended service plans .
      • Recognized subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager. Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower-level professionals.
      • Responsible for managing problems that may be difficult and often complex.


      What You Will Bring to the Team
      • Demonstrated expertise in consumer or commercial financing, including installment sales agreements and collateralized lending.
      • Proven ability to lead complex projects or processes with minimal supervision while ensuring high quality outcomes.
      • Experience evaluating customer financial profiles and making informed recommendations on financing options and service plans.
      • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to guide, review, and delegate work to junior team members.
      • Advanced analytical and problem solving capabilities to address difficult, multifaceted issues in a fast paced environment.


      As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $180k to $195K. Expected on-target earnings: $220K to $235K
