- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of customer and partner portal experiences.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into product features.
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable portal solutions.
- Manage the product backlog, define user stories, and support Agile sprint planning and execution.
- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications, CRM, ERP, and identity management systems.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to improve user adoption, engagement, and satisfaction.
