What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive manual testing of new features and validate product functionality
- Own and optimize the bug ticketing and tracking process across teams
- Assist with user research to identify material selection pain points and synthesize feedback
- Serve as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience teams
- Document user journeys and workflow inefficiencies to drive improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture firms, preferably commercial
- Hands-on experience with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to document technical issues
- Excellent written communication skills for clear bug reports and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED/WELL standards
- Familiarity with CSI MasterFormat and specification writing
- Previous experience in software testing, QA, or user research
- Interest in construction technology and digital transformation of the AECO industry
