What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Act as a bridge between Product Management, Development, QA, and business stakeholders
- Support product backlog management, including prioritization and refinement
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and feasible
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
- Ability to perform gap analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Undergraduate degree in IT, Business, or equivalent professional experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pipeline industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience using Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (or similar)
- Familiarity with modeling and visualization tools (UML, flowcharts, wireframes)
