What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow new structural detailing/BIM software accounts and develop business with current customers
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of product information and industry updates through collaboration with marketing teams
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for Tekla Structures software
- Close sales and achieve sales targets consistently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Specialization or understanding of workflows within the structural steel fabrication and detailing or structural concrete industries
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in software sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States up to 20% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or knowledge of Tekla Structures software
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills with customers and internal resources
