      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide engineering technical support for PowerSecure MicroGrid equipment including switchgear and generators
      - Serve as a liaison to engineering groups for field troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning issues
      - Communicate open action items and assist in the development of engineering change notices and technical troubleshooting guidelines
      - Troubleshoot complex projects and provide technical assistance for PowerGen and switchgear products
      - Ensure customer satisfaction by escalating issues that threaten project quality or schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of commercial/industrial experience with generators, ATS/switchgear, and paralleling control systems
      - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical schematics
      - Valid Driver’s License and ability to troubleshoot switchgear and PowerGen equipment
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NFPA 70 ARC Flash Certification
      - Commissioning and field experience
      - Experience with programming logic controllers (PLC) and various generator controllers
      - Familiarity with protective relays and low-voltage/medium-voltage switchgear
      - Ability to operate digital equipment and troubleshoot complex systems
