What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site and phone-based troubleshooting and support for detection and signal-related ITS devices
- Execute installation, maintenance, and repair services for ITS equipment under service contracts
- Maintain high safety standards while working around roadways, including using bucket trucks
- Build strong client relationships by delivering timely and effective technical solutions
- Travel regularly (up to 50% overnight) to provide on-site project support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- IMSA Level I Certification (or ability to obtain) required
- Minimum of three (3) years of field-based technical support experience with traffic signal and ITS equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven experience working with ITS equipment in a manufacturer or municipal/contractor role
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IMSA Work Zone Safety certification highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and effective communication in high-stakes environments
