      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure project implementation and completion while gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of the Sales Representative position
      - Lead, prioritize, and manage the workflow of product trials, conversions, and/or PV implementations
      - Establish and maintain customer relationships, conducting weekly team meetings to discuss business status
      - Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to sales teams, product teams, and customers
      - Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including Field Sales Representatives, Management, and Product divisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales or customer service-related experience
      - Experience in developing presentations for various audience levels
      - Willingness to travel for business purposes, both within and outside the state
      - Strong organizational and project management skills
      - Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
      - Proven track record of successful project management in sales
      - Familiarity with clinical trials and product conversions
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
