      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify and resolve customer concerns with equipment products
      - Assist customers with service training and information needs
      - Collaborate with engineering to improve and develop equipment products
      - Provide guidance on the safe and proper operation of equipment
      - Support product safety initiatives as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in South Texas, preferably in the Houston area
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in fields such as field service, operations management, or technical customer support
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Valid driving license with a clean driving record

      - Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
      - Ability to work independently or as part of a team
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
      - Hands-on knowledge of the equipment product line is desirable
