      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve product-related issues
      - Maintain an understanding of product offerings and provide knowledgeable assistance to customers
      - Conduct data entry for warranty no-charge orders resulting from customer inquiries and claims
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product trends and improve customer service
      - Continuously improve job-specific skills and technical knowledge through training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma is required
      - Minimum 1+ years of customer service, technical support, or related work experience is required
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to troubleshoot and solve product-related inquiries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or technical support
      - Experience in CRM systems
