      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide front-line support to customers through phone, email, chat, and social media
      - Address product inquiries, warranty claims, and installation assistance
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
      - Educate customers on product features and assist in troubleshooting issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product trends and improve service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma is required
      - Minimum of 1+ years of customer service, technical support, or related experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Strong written and oral communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in customer service or technical support
      - Familiarity with CRM systems
      - Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot product-related inquiries
      - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
