Job Description

- Take full responsibility for production and maintenance in molding, PV, and CV areas, ensuring smooth operations and high product quality while minimizing scrap costs.
- Drive plant efficiency and optimize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), overseeing new projects, trials, and PPS data management.
- Lead 4M changes across the plant, develop multiskilling programs, and enhance staff competencies through training initiatives.
- Manage plant CIP and MPS projects, promoting Kaizen activities and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure shop-floor safety and compliance with system audits, including VSA, IATF-16949, and EMS.
- Maintain and manage tooling, fixtures, consumables, and critical spares to support seamless operations.
- Design and implement effective maintenance strategies, procedures, and schedules to ensure minimal downtime.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and costs for production and maintenance, while forecasting and planning for system upgrades and overhauls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12-15 years of experience in production and maintenance, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
- Familiarity with automotive standards and audits such as IATF-16949 and EMS.
- Skilled in optimizing efficiency, improving OEE, and managing costs.
- Knowledge of Kaizen, CIP, and 4M methods.
- Understanding of shop-floor safety protocols and compliance requirements.

About the position
As the Production and Maintenance Manager , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the production and maintenance operations in a high-performance automotive manufacturing environment. Leading a team of 100+ employees (direct and indirect), you will ensure the smooth functioning of molding, PV, and CV areas while upholding quality standards, operational efficiency, and safety protocols.
