What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and distribute orders via mail or electronic means according to defined procedures
- Handle administrative tasks related to production and maintain filing systems
- Keep Agents and Vendors updated on file statuses and timelines
- Accurately prepare and type insurance policies for multiple states, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Proactively learn and adapt to new software applications to support workflow efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively answer client questions and maintain customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and filing systems
- Basic proficiency in using software applications relevant to the Production department
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a production or administrative support role within the real estate sector
- Familiarity with insurance policies and state regulations
- Ability to prepare written summaries of data and information effectively
- Experience with software applications such as Qualia or Softpro
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with Agents and Vendors
