- Lead and develop the Apparel Production Coordinator team.
- Manage timelines, risks, resources, and delivery schedules.
- Solve production and delivery issues with suppliers.
- Support inspections and QC follow-ups.
- Track and act on quality and claim statistics.
- Improve team processes and tools.
- Communicate with vendors, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
- Conduct vendor visits and occasional QC on-site.
- 5+ years’ experience in textile production, including team leadership.
- Higher education within Textile such as Textile Engineer, Textile Management etc.
- Background in Textile Engineering or similar.
- Strong knowledge of apparel production and quality control.
- Skilled communicator in English; other languages are a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel, PLM, Centric, AX/D365.
- A proactive leader who builds trust and adapts to change.
- Extensive experience working within Production.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our Apparel Production Coordinator team for Fjällräven and Tierras Production. You’ll ensure garments are delivered on time, with the right quality, function, and look, while acting as the key link between suppliers, logistics, warehouses, and internal teams. This role covers everything from order prep to ex-factory delivery, including handling quality issues and process improvements. The role includes required travel.
