      Company Description

      A new noodles manufacturing company currently seeking to fill this key management position.

      Job Description

      Define, develop and monitor the implementation of designed factory production plans and objectives in accorrdance with the developed factory policy and key produuction activities.

      Set up daily, monthly and yearly production plan based on sales actual plan.

      Develop and monitor the Factory Production in accordance with the key performance indicators.

      Develop and control the Factory Production budget as well as the factory's capital investment plans and related capital expenditures.

      Effectively manage human and other resources to achieve production targets & continuosly motivate the workforce.

      Handle R&D operations and work on new formulations for developing and improving the product line.

      Monitor plant and machinery problems, breakdowns and liase with maintenance department to resolve all issues.

      Qualifications

      A good degree in Food Science and Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering or related discipline from a reputable institution.

      Relevant and adequate professional qualification in the manufacturing/food industry would be an added advantage.

      Have a persuasive evidence of successful management track record as Factory Manager in a reputable company in the manufacturing industry.

      Atleast 7 years of which must be in food industry.

      Experience in research and development of new products based on market demands.

      Working knowledge of GMP, QMS and ISO systems would be an added advantage.

      Excellent production and related IT skills.
