- 3+ years of technical experience in collision repair or estimating
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics and Repair Process/Procedures
- Must have prior experience with CCC1
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
Service Center
Waco - Bagby AveCaliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Production Manager to provide daily supervision and direction to all production staff members, dispatch all work assignments to production personnel, ensure every teammate has a production forecast list for efficiency, monitor work quality and provide day-to-day feedback and coaching to technician staff. Production Managers will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
