  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with the Production and Communications Deployment Manager on the production of marketing materials
  - Manage print vendor relationships, including bid solicitation and maintaining production schedules
  - Assist in implementing key processes to guide projects from start to finish within the Marketing department
  - Work with sales representatives and Database Management to set criteria for email and mailing campaigns
  - Track and evaluate the financial aspects of all marketing activities, monitoring budgets and expenses
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing production management/coordination or project management
  - Knowledge of videography production, photography, print layout, print production, and USPS regulations
  - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels
  - Experience in copy editing, event coordination, trade show production, and product management
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with clients and managing detailed marketing plans and calendars
  - Familiarity with creative design processes and multimedia marketing strategies
  - Proven track record of on-time project delivery and maintaining work quality standards
