      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support to educators
      - Analyze data and assist teachers and leaders in applying it to instruction
      - Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise professional development plans
      - Serve as a thought leader, exemplifying the company’s mission-driven approach
      - Support district-wide adoptions of educational programs and ensure effective implementation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, or providing professional development
      - Fluency with digital tools, including online assessments, and comfort discussing data
      - Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development
      - Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations with integrity
      - Willingness to travel within designated territory and to company meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics/ELA, Grades K-8
      - Experience leading professional development with school and district leaders
      - Background in teaching and/or coaching Mathematics or ELA
