What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support to teachers and district leaders
- Analyze data and collaborate with educators to apply insights to instruction
- Support district-wide adoptions of educational programs focused on Mathematics
- Develop and revise annual professional development plans and schedules in collaboration with district and site leaders
- Serve as a thought leader, exemplifying the company’s mission-driven approach to education
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Mathematics in a K-8 setting or coaching teachers
- Proficiency in using digital tools for online assessments and comfort discussing data with educators
- Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development
- Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations with integrity
- Willingness to travel within designated territory and attend company meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics for Grades K-8
