What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support to educators
- Analyze data and assist teachers in applying it to instruction for effective learning outcomes
- Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and revise annual professional development plans
- Support district-wide adoptions of the Ready Mathematics program and the i-Ready online diagnostic and instruction program
- Serve as a thought leader and exemplify the employer's mission-driven approach in the educational community
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching Mathematics, coaching teachers, or providing professional development in Mathematics
- Fluency with digital tools, including online assessments, and comfort discussing data with educators
- Understanding of adult learning principles and their application in professional development settings
- Ability to manage and ensure the integrity of program implementations
- Willingness to travel within designated territory and to company meetings as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, Grades K-8 (or comparable state standards)
- Experience in providing high-quality classroom coaching to enhance teacher effectiveness
