What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide targeted professional development and ongoing in-classroom support for teachers and district leaders
- Analyze data to assist educators in improving instructional practices
- Collaborate with district and site leaders to develop and implement professional learning plans
- Deliver coaching and support tailored to the needs of teachers, coaches, and leaders
- Support district-wide adoptions of the employer's products to ensure effective implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in teaching, coaching, or providing professional development
- Proficiency in using digital tools and discussing data with educators
- Understanding of adult learning principles and their application to professional learning
- Ability to manage and evaluate program implementations effectively
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory and attend company meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of State Standards for Mathematics/ELA for Grades K-8
