What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales by promoting employer products to healthcare providers, including OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacists
- Develop and implement territory management plans tailored to customer needs based on real-world experiences
- Utilize available resources to enhance healthcare provider awareness of employer products
- Achieve sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations
- Engage in meaningful dialogue with customers to identify useful information for improving patient outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or BA degree required
- 6 months to 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, or 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of successful performance and strong business acumen
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record

- Relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to learn and communicate complex product information and disease states effectively
- Must live within the designated geography of responsibility or reasonable driving distance
