What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with the employer's sales strategies and objectives
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers
- Gather and utilize information to implement strategies for territory prescribers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
- Ability to travel throughout the territory and reside in the designated geography
