What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop business plans for assigned territory aligned with sales strategies and objectives
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers
- Gather and implement strategies based on insights from healthcare professionals in the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record; ability to travel throughout the territory

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a pharmaceutical sales environment
- Experience in women's health products or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
