What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with sales strategies and objectives
- Conduct effective sales presentations to targeted customers and achieve quarterly sales goals
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers
- Utilize information from healthcare professionals to create and implement strategies for prescribers
- Actively pursue continuous learning on efficient sales techniques and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
- Ability to travel throughout the territory and possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
