What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with sales strategies and objectives
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices
- Build and maintain positive relationships with peers, customers, and managers
- Actively pursue continuous learning in sales, communication, and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales or related healthcare product sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing effective sales strategies
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and pharmacy practices
- Ability to travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
