What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a business plan for the assigned territory aligned with sales strategies and objectives
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical practices and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, peers, and management
- Actively pursue continuous learning and professional development in sales and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and success in influence and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve results
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, with authorization to drive a company vehicle
