What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support compliance program execution by addressing intake questions and workflow issues
- Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor organizational compliance
- Ensure data quality and consistency across compliance reports and trackers
- Conduct regular data audits and maintain organized repositories of compliance documentation
- Assist with tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables for Legal Risk & Compliance Programs initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance programs, project management, or a related role
- Experience pulling reports and maintaining operational data trackers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfort with supporting systems and troubleshooting issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to compliance, regulatory, quality, or audit environments
- Experience working with external vendors or certification bodies
- Familiarity with compliance documentation requirements and standards
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Mode, Tableau)
