What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform engineering and program support tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Analyze program requirements, schedules, milestones, and overall performance metrics
- Prepare and contribute to technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and related documentation
- Manage resource planning, scheduling, and tracking to support program execution
- Provide technical support related to munitions, associated equipment, and operational requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least three to ten years of experience in a relevant field
- A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience; a Master's for an additional 2 years
- Demonstrated knowledge in an area of engineering expertise
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Optimized Organizational Maintenance Activity (OOMA) system
- Familiarity with Naval Flight Test processes and procedures
- Knowledge of Test & Evaluation (T&E) metrics and the NAVAIR iTest suite
- Proven ability to develop and maintain program schedules using Microsoft Project
