      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and analyze data to evaluate operations and processes for effectiveness
      - Follow established methodologies to isolate problems and develop strategic solutions
      - Prepare detailed reports ranking proposed solutions and presenting alternatives
      - Conduct interviews and debriefings with sponsors and newly arrived refugees
      - Support the monitoring of Welcome Corps program activities through onsite visits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - 4-7 years of experience in resettlement, program management, or monitoring and evaluation
      - At least 5 years of experience in resettlement program monitoring, including data evaluation and reporting
      - Strong knowledge of U.S. refugee resettlement policies and compliance requirements
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in preparing business and technical documents for internal and external audiences
      - Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and interviewing techniques
      - Familiarity with Welcome Corps program requirements
      - Previous roles in monitoring and evaluation within the refugee resettlement sector
