      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for Student Ambassadors, addressing program inquiries and stipend processes
      - Assist in coordinating networking events and professional development opportunities for Student Ambassadors
      - Provide administrative support for program meetings, stakeholder communications, and special events
      - Facilitate connections to zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) career pathways
      - Support the overall operations of Environmental Equity programs and ensure a positive participant experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in program coordination, student services, or community organizing
      - Associate's degree from a California Community College or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, database management, and virtual collaboration tools
      - CA Driver's License preferred
      - Strong organizational skills and a passion for environmental and climate justice

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Social Work, Communications, or a related field
      - Interest in or knowledge of zero-emission vehicles, clean transportation, or environmental policy
      - Experience working with diverse student populations, including internships or volunteer activities
