What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Travel Recruiters and Program Managers with job requirements and maintain open communication with team members
- Screen inquiries from travelers, client facilities, and vendor partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Manage leads from Applicant Tracking Systems and interdepartmental referrals
- Support recruitment processes by tracking Nurse Competency Testing and managing travel arrangements
- Provide coverage and support for the Travel Administrative Assistant as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of clerical experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Familiarity with recruitment or staffing processes
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of travel arrangements and vendor management
