What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Track, analyze, and report progress on contracts of varying size and complexity with limited supervision
- Administer subcontract funding and prepare financial deliverables for internal and external use
- Collaborate directly with customers or Contracting Officer Representatives on questions and concerns
- Maintain a central repository of project documentation and ensure access to up-to-date information
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a Program Control Analyst/Project Financial Analyst role working with government service contracts
- 2+ years of experience working with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition policies
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to pass DoD background investigation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Familiarity with Deltek, Unanet, or other ERP systems
- Experience with various contract types (CPFF, CPFF LOE, T&M, and FFP)
- 2+ years of experience with Government Accounting terminology/acronyms (i.e., CLIN, SLIN, ACRN)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
