      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of program cost data and financial reports
      - Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for program activities
      - Monitor labor, material, and subcontractor costs to ensure compliance with contract requirements
      - Collaborate with program managers and functional leads to gather financial inputs and validate data accuracy
      - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal leadership and government stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0 years of experience with a Bachelor's in a related field, or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
