What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop program design, scope technology deployment projects, and create metrics of success
- Manage and direct a cohort of six Innovation Fellows, providing day-to-day project management
- Communicate with key partners and stakeholders, including city agencies, City Hall staff, and funders
- Lead, direct, and develop programmatic connections and research projects with the Urban Tech Hub
- Direct the development of program publications and marketing tools, represent Cornell Tech at public forums and events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Background and interest in urban tech policy and implementation
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of work experience
- Experience working in NYC or other local government
- Experience with designing, developing, and deploying technology pilots in complex environments
