- Prepare and support Estimate at Completion (EAC), forecasting, and budgeting activities
- Analyze program financial performance, including variance analysis and trend identification
- Provide financial data and reporting for internal business reviews and leadership decision-making
- Monitor key performance indicators and investigate drivers of unexpected variances
- Support program setup, maintenance, and contract closeout activities
- Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed
- Ensure financial reporting aligns with GAAP standards and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Program Finance, FP&A, or Accounting
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Experience with government contract types: FFP, CPFF, T&M
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Prior experience in aerospace and/or defense (GovCon) environment
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central a plus)
- Exposure to Power BI or other reporting/BI tools
- High-impact role supporting program-level financial performance
- Strong exposure to leadership and cross-functional teams
