What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete care management summary reviews for high-cost claimants following corporate guidelines
- Conduct in-depth clinical summary reviews, analyzing medical records and claims data
- Summarize findings to support Market Medical Executives and Nurse Executives in client-facing engagements
- Lead small to mid-sized projects focused on implementing process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical or clinical support experience
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret complex clinical information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology platforms
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ICMS, HC ICMS, CCMS, HEV, OneView, Evernorth Express Scripts, or TruCare
- Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
- Demonstrated flexible, consultative critical thinking and effective action planning
