- Own the customer payments experience and identify areas of improvement
- Stay updated on payments industry changes and trends
- Identify areas for increased efficiency and cost optimization
- Manage and execute the roadmap for major payment initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-4 years of payments industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of payments technology solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in deploying and optimizing payment solutions in retail environments
