      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee hiring and onboarding of surveyor staff while monitoring workforce changes
      - Contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives, ensuring CMS compliance
      - Manage licensure activities, including nursing home rule actions and compliance oversight
      - Supervise two administrative specialists and collaborate with management during emergencies
      - Respond to inquiries from key stakeholders and assist with training and audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the program area of assignment, including two years of supervisory experience
      - Must have passed the Surveyor Minimum Qualification Test
      - Thorough operational and regulatory knowledge related to nursing homes
      - Skilled in managing a staff of professionals to achieve Section goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in analyses and evaluation of Section performance
      - Familiarity with federal regulations and compliance requirements in health services
      - Previous experience working in a regulatory environment
      - Strong leadership and communication skills to engage various stakeholders
