What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage recruitment and admissions processes for the Department of Epidemiology
- Develop and maintain promotional materials and web content to attract prospective students
- Oversee and enhance the academic experience for students in certificate, master’s, and doctoral programs
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication and cooperation to optimize educational and research opportunities
- Coordinate and manage events, classes, and meetings related to departmental activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of project/program management experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite and Adobe Acrobat software
- Experience coordinating academic programs or complex research projects
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six (6) years of program coordination and project management experience
- Familiarity with Workday system software
- Experience in graphic design and web management
- Background in higher education administration or public health
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
