      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chair, Service Line Administrator, and Residency Program Director
      - Manage the onboarding process for faculty members across multiple divisions
      - Coordinate administrative tasks for the Internal Medicine Department, including scheduling meetings and events
      - Oversee procurement responsibilities, including supply ordering and P-Card management
      - Maintain and update departmental web pages and edit newsletters for Internal Medicine

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of program and/or project management experience, or
      - High School diploma/GED plus eight (8) years of program and/or project management experience
      - Advanced proficiency in computers, preferably Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare or academic environment
      - Familiarity with immigration processes and related documentation
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
      - Experience with data management tools such as RedCap
      - Previous involvement in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
