What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end process and operations for Supplier Audits, ensuring appropriate allocation of quality engineers
- Lead weekly planning sessions to ensure alignment among internal team members
- Develop and maintain a single source of truth data set for Supplier Audits
- Analyze Quality Events-related data to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement
- Compile and present weekly reports on Supplier Audits' performance and resource requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree or at least 1 year of experience in a program coordination or management role
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite for data analysis
- Strong knowledge of PowerPoint for developing training materials and presentations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze large data sets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Tableau for data visualization
- Familiarity with Agile PLM or equivalent information management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM)
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new software systems
