What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end contract execution, ensuring delivery in accordance with program requirements
- Serve as the primary escalation and decision authority for program risks, issues, and dependencies
- Chair Weekly Program Reviews and oversee performance against KPIs, staffing readiness, and throughput recovery
- Ensure alignment across operations, site leads, staffing teams, and stakeholders
- Oversee quality assurance, reporting, and continuous improvement across deployment waves
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting healthcare programs
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs supporting integrated healthcare systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 years supporting a large corporation or government agency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with VA medical facilities or federal healthcare programs
- Proven track record of successful project management in complex environments
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their deployment processes
